From that we can quote at $120 per alarm fitted — typical 3-bedroom single-storey is $480–$600, 4-bedroom two-storey is $720–$840. No callout fee for confirmed bookings, dated AS 3786 compliance certificate included, and we book a fixed time slot.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Have your property address (suburb is enough for a phone quote), the number of bedrooms, the number of storeys, whether the property is owner-occupied, rented or being sold/leased, and the age of any existing alarms if you know it. If you're a landlord or property manager, the property manager's contact and whether the tenant is in residence helps us schedule. For commercial premises, the NCC building class and approximate floor area lets us confirm whether you need residential AS 3786 or AS 1670.1 work.
What are your business hours?
Standard business hours are Monday to Friday 7am–5pm, with Saturday morning bookings available on request. We respond to phone calls and emails during business hours, usually within an hour.
